Whether you purchased your SylvanSport trailer direct from us, one of our authorized dealers, or used from a private seller, you can register your GO, GO EASY, or VAST in case we need to reach out to you concerning your trailer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Sometimes things don’t work out, and that’s okay. If you need to return an order, please give us a call or fill out the form below and a member of our team will review your request and send you a return authorization number. You can review our return policy here.
We stand behind all of our products, so everything you order from us includes a warranty. If you need to submit a warranty claim, please fill out the form below to get in touch and we will be happy to help. A member of our team will review your warranty claim and contact you with the next steps.
For service or repair of your SylvanSport trailer that falls within our warranty policy, we will work with you and your local RV service center or trailer repair shop to get your trailer working properly again. We can ship all necessary parts to the repair location. We do require pre-authorization to cover any labor charges under our warranty policy. The repair location will need to send their repair estimate to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to completing any work. If are near our factory in Brevard, NC, we can also handle the repair/service here with an appointment.
